Terms of use
1. Educational content — not financial advice
All RD Trades content (the site, videos, blog, community, course) is educational. It is not individual investment advice, a financial recommendation or a solicitation to trade. You make your own decisions and bear responsibility for them.
2. Risk
Trading futures and other derivatives involves substantial risk and isn't suitable for everyone. You can lose all invested capital. Past results don't guarantee future results — ours or yours. The payout certificates on /results are documentary facts, not an income promise.
3. Community and course
- Access to the Hangout community — a one-time fee; access to the course and members zone — per the current pricing (payments via Whop, under their terms).
- Not allowed in the community: spam, demeaning other members, selling "signals", distributing materials outside the community.
- We reserve the right to remove members who break the rules, without compensation.
4. Intellectual property
Course and members-zone materials (videos, PDFs, plans, recordings) are RD Trades property, for personal use only. Copying, distributing or reselling is prohibited.
5. Partner (affiliate) links
The site and blog contain partner links (e.g. Tradeify, ATAS). If you sign up through them we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we use ourselves.
6. Limitation of liability
RD Trades is not liable for losses incurred from decisions made based on educational content, nor for third-party platforms (Whop, Discord, YouTube, prop firms) or changes in their terms.
