1. Who we are
RD Trades (rdtrades.com, rdtrades.eu) is a futures trading education project. Data controller contact: info@rdtrades.eu.
2. What data we collect and why
- Email address — when you voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter / MAT summary. Legal basis: your explicit consent (the checkbox in the form). We store the consent record (date, email, IP) as GDPR evidence.
- Server logs — standard technical records (IP, time, request) needed for site security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We don't use tracking cookies. Traffic statistics are collected server-side (Hostinger), with no tracking scripts in your browser.
3. Who processes the data
The email list is handled by Hostinger (Hostinger Reach) — our data processor in the EU. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
Your email — until you withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe anytime: a link in every email, or write to info@rdtrades.eu — we'll delete you immediately.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
- Access your data and get a copy;
- Request correction or deletion;
- Withdraw consent at any time;
- File a complaint with your data protection authority.
6. Third-party links
The site links to external platforms (Whop/Discord, YouTube, TikTok, X, Tradeify, ATAS). Their own privacy policies apply there.
7. Changes
When we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
